Have restarted both tablet and computer multiple times, hoping drivers from Kies or other factors might kick in and help. Jellybean and Windows XP Service Pack 3 (Windows XP Professional, Version 2002) on a Lenovo laptop. Windows recognizes the device as a camera (GT-P5210). The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 was launched back in July 2013 with Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean firmware running out of the box. I've tried Kies and Kies 3, but it does not recognize the device.
